Telehealth and face-to-face appointments available

Who can receive telehealth services

Telehealth services are available nationally in 2025

To be eligible for GP telehealth services patients must have had a face-to-face consultation with their GP or another GP in the same practice, in the 12 months before the telehealth service. There are some limited exceptions, including patients who are subject to isolation or quarantine due to state or territory COVID-19 public health orders.

We want to protect staff and patients alike, and request people with respiratory symptoms especially use this service.

Please phone 9559 6601 and book your telephone appointment time.

We will be able to email certificates for your work so that you can isolate at home in safety.
NOTE – It is not a phone service for unreasonable demands. You may be advised to come in for clinical review.
