Our Philosophy

At Earlwood General Practice, our philosophy is centred around personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient. We believe in taking a holistic approach to healthcare that considers the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of our patients.

We offer a variety of healthcare services that cater to the diverse needs of our patients.

We are proud to be a teaching practice, we often have GP Registrars on six-month rotation. We thank you for supporting them. Our services include primary care, speciality care, diagnostic testing, and more.

Our Providers

We have a range of healthcare providers consisting of board-certified general practitioners, nursing, and support staff who are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. We ensure the professionals stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and techniques.

We're here to make sure you and your family receive the best possible care. Unfortunately the new Medicare incentives still don't fully cover the cost of that care. To keep our doors open and provide the time you need with your GP, we charge a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact reception if you are unable to attend your appointment.

If you miss your appointment or fail to cancel within 2 hrs of your appointment a cancellation fee of $40 will apply

If you have a medical emergency you should call 000 and ask for the ambulance

TELEHEALTH CHANGES

NEW FEE SCHEDULE STARTING AUGUST 1ST 2025:

Patients who are under 16, hold a pension or HCC will be charged $80

Patients who are 16 and over who do not hold any concession cards, will be charged $95

EGP POLICY ON REPEAT SCRIPTS AND REFERRALS

If you have attended the practice in the previous twelve (12) months, your doctor may accept a request for a repeat script

If your doctor feels an appointment is necessary prior to prescribIng the medication, you will be asked by reception staff to book in an apppointment.
